Fantastic Hotel Experience!

clean room nice staff preparation place

I found the room perfectly clean. The staff at the restaurant were very nice. Breakfast and lunch were enjoyable. The WhatsApp contact prior to my arrival ensured all preparations were in place.

I had a problem with the front desk calling about checkout despite knowing it was a dead season. I did not get late checkout.

The location offers access to major roads. Mohammed bin Rashid, Emirates road, and Sheikh Zayed road are accessible. Taxis are available 24 hrs in front of the hotel, very convenient.

The room was spacious and clean. The room had good value for money. Comfortable beds are present, very nice. Cute staff always make things easy.

The team contacted me through WhatsApp prior to my stay. This ensured all preparation was in place for my arrival. Staff at reception were very cute and helpful. They explained what I needed to know.

The hotel has around six restaurants! All of them are kids friendly except for the sports bar. This is a fantastic bonus for families wanting a relaxing vacation.

blocked room key strange smell

the room was clean and it had the necessary amenities i expected.

the front desk was bugging me every day about payment even after i had already paid for several nights they even blocked my room key it felt quite unfriendly and unwelcoming plus there was a strange smell in the corridors it was quite bothersome

Excellent Hotel Experience

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Deepak at the front door. He arranged an airport taxi quickly for me. My room was comfortable, also quiet. I could relax without disturbances. I secure hotel as a lone female traveler at the hotel. There were free coffee facilities in the lobby, which I found very convenient.

The towels in the bathroom seemed tired and stained. Replacing them would greatly improve the room's overall feel.

There are many restaurants located around the pool area providing different food options. Breakfast offered great variety. The restaurants provide convenient access for hotel guests. This enhances the dining experience.

The room was super clean. It was also well-presented. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. The room included cups for tea and coffee with a kettle. I was able to relax and make hot drinks easily.

A Romantic Getaway

clean room easy check night arrival seamless process

the room was very nice and neat. i loved the easy check in and check out process. it felt so personal, especially with our late-night arrival. the staff made it seamless.

the bathroom setup felt a bit too open. the tempered glass didn't offer enough privacy. but it was a very minor inconvenience
